财会是企业的重要组成部分,通过会计活动为企业决策者提供有效数据来对市场做出正确的判断,使企业在市场竞争中处于有利地位,促进自身发展。而做好会计活动的关键在于财会人员,加强财会人员的业务技能,提升财会人员的综合素质,有利于推动企业的整体性发展。学校作为培养人才的主要基地,其财务的有效管理,对学校的发展起到关键性作用,为此,本文从高校的财务管理出发,针对高校财务管理中存在的问题,并对如何提升财务人员素质的对策进行探讨。
