大学生正处在自我统一性确立的时期,内心充满冲突与不安,当他们发现理想与现实难以达成一致时便将网络作为最佳选择。另外,随着网络成瘾程度的加重,网络使用者的上网时间会变得越来越长,社交圈子不断缩小,孤独感自然会越来越严重,对于网络的依赖性越强,越会出现学习倦怠,人际关系越淡漠,最后导致在网络中不能自拔。本文从网络成瘾与气质类型、孤独感和学习倦怠与专业承诺的关系分析网络成瘾的原因,从认知-行为疗法、焦点解决短期疗法和素质教育法三种手段提出了大学生网络成瘾的干预策略,并提出网络成瘾问题研究的展望。
