平行班相互听课是幼儿园经常开展的教研活动之一。为了使这一活动更好地为提高教师素质及幼儿园保教质量服务,最近,我们改变了原来平行班听课由教师自选学科内容的做法,为由教研组统一确定同一学科、同一内容,互相听课。具体做法是:根据教学研究的需要和各平行班的实际教学进度,确定听课内容。承担开课的教师按照统一确定的学科、内容独立设计教案,并作教学准备,到时相互听课。其目的是:发挥每位教师的聪明才
