目的通过观察低剂量硝酸镧对糖尿病大鼠肾脏形态结构的影响,探讨其对糖尿病大鼠肾脏结构损伤的修复作用。方法 Wistar雄性大鼠分为对照组、模型组(0.01 mol/L枸橼酸缓冲液诱导糖尿病模型)和硝酸镧组各10只。对照组和模型组每日给予生理盐水,硝酸镧组每日给予硝酸镧0.2 mg/kg,灌胃1个月。检测各组大鼠肾皮质厚度、肾小球体密度、肾小球总体积、近(远)端小管总体积、上皮细胞高度、管腔直径的变化及肾脏形态学改变。结果模型组大部分近端小管上皮细胞肿胀,远端小管部分扩张,硝酸镧组上述改变明显减轻。与对照组和硝酸镧组比较,模型组肾小球总体积及近(远)端小管总体积明显增大,近端小管上皮细胞高度明显增加,近(远)端小管管腔直径明显增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论口服低剂量硝酸镧对糖尿病大鼠肾脏结构的损伤具有一定的修复作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of low dose of lanthanum nitrate on the morphology of kidney in diabetic rats, and to explore its effect on the structural damage of kidney in diabetic rats. Methods Wistar male rats were divided into control group, model group (0.01 mol / L citrate buffer induced diabetic model) and lanthanum nitrate group 10 each. Control group and model group were given daily saline, lanthanum nitrate group given daily lanthanum nitrate 0.2 mg / kg, gavage for 1 month. The renal cortex thickness, glomerular density, total glomerular volume, total proximal and distal tubule volume, epithelial cell height, lumen diameter and renal morphology were measured. Results Most of the proximal tubular epithelial cells in the model group were swollen and the distal tubule was partially dilated. The changes of the above group were obviously alleviated by the lanthanum nitrate group. Compared with the control group and the lanthanum nitrate group, the total volume of the glomerulus and the total volume of the proximal (distal) end of the model group were significantly increased, the height of the proximal tubular epithelial cells was significantly increased, the lumen diameter of the proximal (distal) end of the tubule was significantly increased , The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Oral administration of low dose of lanthanum nitrate can repair the renal structure of diabetic rats.
