目的比较布地奈德联合病毒唑与可必特交替雾化与布地奈德联合病毒唑或布地奈德联合可必特治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法 90例毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组30例。A组应用布地奈德联合病毒唑与可必特交替雾化治疗,B组应用布地奈德联合病毒唑进行雾化吸入,C组应用布地奈德联合可必特进行雾化吸入。比较三组患儿临床症状消失时间、住院时间以及治疗总有效率。结果 A组患儿的咳嗽、喘憋、哮鸣、肺部啰音消失时间分别为(4.3±0.4)d、(2.1±0.4)d、(2.2±0.4)d、(5.5±0.6)d,均明显少于B、C组。住院时间为(7.2±1.0)d,少于B组的(9.7±1.3)d以及C组的(9.9±1.5)d,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.7%,明显高于B组的76.7%以及C组的73.3%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合病毒唑与可必特交替雾化治疗在婴幼儿毛细支气管炎中的应用可有效发挥抗炎作用,恢复气道通气功能,改善患儿咳嗽、肺部啰音及喘憋等临床症状,效果显著,具有较高应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical efficacy of budesonide with ribavirin and beidellib alone in combination with budesonide in combination with ribavirin or budesonide in the treatment of bronchiolitis in infants. Methods Ninety children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into A, B and C groups, 30 cases in each group. Group A was treated with budesonide combined with ribavirin and nocturnal aerosol respectively. Group B received inhalation of budesonide combined with ribavirin. Group C received budesonide combined with nifedipine inhalation. Comparison of three groups of children clinical symptoms disappear time, hospitalization time and the total effective rate. Results The duration of cough, wheezing, wheezing and pulmonary rales in group A were (4.3 ± 0.4) days, (2.1 ± 0.4) days, (2.2 ± 0.4) days and (5.5 ± 0.6) days in group A, Were significantly less than B, C group. The length of hospital stay was (7.2 ± 1.0) days, less than that in group B (9.7 ± 1.3) days and in group C (9.9 ± 1.5 days). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in group A was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 76.7% in group B and 73.3% in group C, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of budesonide and ribavirin can be used in the treatment of bronchiolitis in infants and young children with bronchitis. The application of budesonide in combination with ribavirin can effectively exert anti-inflammatory effects, restore airway function and improve cough, pulmonary rales and wheezing. Clinical symptoms, the effect is significant, with high value.
