一、两种观点在液化气体汽车槽车中,要不要设置防冲板,在我国有关的规定中并无明确的要求,对此,人们的看法不一。一种观点认为:为了减小槽车在制动时介质对罐体的冲击,要求在罐体内部设置一定数量的防冲板;另一种观点是,介质对罐体的冲击已在动荷系数中考虑了,防冲板对增加槽车的纵向稳定效果不明显,罐内不必再设防冲板。目前在国内运行的槽车中,两种观点的结构都有。笔者认为在罐体中不必设防冲板,除了以上谈的理由之外,在用的不设防冲板的槽车安全运行,从实践上已证明了这种观点
