一台日本产NCP7S型混凝土输送泵的主泵为斜盘式轴向柱塞泵,最大工作压力31.5MPa。解体液压泵后发现,配流盘与柱塞缸端面、柱塞与缸体磨损严重。配流盘厚度11.97mm,缸体厚度87.93mm,二者配合面上都有明显的擦伤痕迹,配流盘最大划痕深度0.05mm。柱塞与缸体孔配合间隙较大。柱塞直径φ25.00±0.01mm,缸体孔平均孔径φ25.03mm且已失圆,有一孔铜套内表面有严重点蚀现象,内表面沿轴线方向磨损成喇叭口。
A Japanese-made NCP7S concrete pump main pump is a swash plate axial piston pump, the maximum working pressure of 31.5MPa. After disassembling the hydraulic pump, it was found that the face plate of the distribution flow plate and the cylinder of the plunger bore heavily, and the plunger and the cylinder body were worn seriously. With the thickness of 11.97mm, the thickness of the cylinder is 87.93mm, both of them have obvious scratches on the mating surface, and the maximum scratching depth of distribution plate is 0.05mm. Plunger and cylinder bore with a larger gap. Piston diameter φ25.00 ± 0.01mm, the average cylinder bore diameter φ25.03mm and has lost the circle, a hole copper inner surface of a serious pitting phenomenon, along the axis of the inner surface worn into a bell mouth.
