目的:观察消炎1号对兔实验性葡萄膜炎白细胞表面分化抗原的影响。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法,以CD3、CD4、CD8、CD14和CD20单克隆抗体标记实验性葡萄膜炎兔的虹膜、脉络膜、视网膜组织,并对阳性细胞表达进行比较。结果:阳性细胞主要分布于虹膜和脉络膜,视网膜中未见明显阳性细胞。与生理盐水对照,中药组及皮质类固醇组均有CD3、CD4、CD20、CD8阳性细胞减少,差异有显著性意义。与皮质类固醇组和生理盐水组相比,中药组CD14阳性细胞明显减少,差异有显著性意义。结论:消炎1号方可能对兔细胞免疫有一定的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaoyan No. 1 on leukocyte surface differentiation antigen in rabbits with experimental uveitis. METHODS: Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to label the iris, choroid and retina of experimental uveitis rabbits with CD3, CD4, CD8, CD14 and CD20 monoclonal antibodies, and the expression of positive cells was compared. Results: The positive cells were mainly distributed in the iris and choroid, and no obvious positive cells were found in the retina. Compared with saline, both the Chinese medicine group and the corticosteroid group had a decrease in the number of CD3, CD4, CD20, and CD8 positive cells, and the difference was significant. Compared with the corticosteroid group and the saline group, the CD14 positive cells in the Chinese medicine group were significantly reduced, and the difference was significant. Conclusion: Anti-inflammatory No. 1 prescription may have a certain inhibitory effect on cellular immunity in rabbits.
