中职学校我国最为重要的人才培养摇篮之一,中职学生的管理工作是相当的重要的。中职班主任是落实中职学生管理工作的一线管理者,因此班主任的日常管理工作是至关重要的,中职班主任应当意识到自身所承担的责任积极的寻找新的管理方式,提高中职管理工作的工作质量,从而培养出契合时代要求的中职人才。就此本文结合实际,浅谈中职班主任工作中的困境及对策。
Secondary vocational schools in China one of the most important cradle of talent cultivation, secondary vocational students management is quite important.
