利用物理和化学因素处理农作物的种子或植株,以提高变异率和扩大变异范围,诱导作物发生突变,已成为选育种工作中的一个新的有效的途径〔3.7〕。过去我们采用χ射线和γ射线处理花生、水稻等作物的种子,也获得了各类型的突变体〔1〕〔2〕。但总的来说单因素处理的诱变频率偏低,特别是有利的变异较少。如用C_0~(60)—γ射线30000伦和40000伦处理水稻品种“科字六号”,变异频率只在2—3%之间,能直接利用的有利突变体只有千分之一左右〔1〕。为了探求提高突变率,增加有利变异类型,我们在过去工作的基础上,开展了利用理化综合因素处理水稻种子
The use of physical and chemical factors in the processing of crops seeds or plants to increase the rate of variation and to expand the scope of variation and induce crop mutation has become a new and effective breeding selection [3.7]. In order to explore to improve the mutation rate and increase the types of favorable mutation, based on the past work, we carried out the use of physical and chemical factors to deal with rice seeds
