摇臂是歼七系列飞机垂直尾翼操纵机构中的一个重要零件,原设计采用高合金结构钢:30CrMnSiA制造,加工过程从锻造坯料开始,经过100多道工序才能完成。改用Ti—10V—2Fe—3Al合金热模/等温锻造成形以后,不仅有利于减轻飞机重量,而且大大减少了机加工工序,有重大的技术经济效益。本文介绍了该锻件的热模/等温成形工艺过程,并指出,正确地设计和制造预制坯料的形状,是防止产生缺陷,获得合格锻件的关键所在。最后,本文还列举了锻件金相组织和机械性能试验的结果。
The rocker arm is an important part of the vertical tail control mechanism of the J-7 series aircraft. The original design was made of high-alloy structural steel: 30CrMnSiA. The process started with forging billets and was completed through more than 100 procedures. The use of Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy hot die / isothermal forging after forming, not only help to reduce aircraft weight, but also greatly reduce the machining process, there are significant technical and economic benefits. This article describes the hot die / isothermal forming process for the forgings and points out that the proper design and manufacture of preform shapes is the key to preventing defects and obtaining acceptable forgings. Finally, this article also lists the results of the forgings microstructure and mechanical properties test.
