本文通过对崛起的含义以及崛起标准的界定,并以此为标准,驳斥了“中国威胁论”和“黄祸论”并对目前中国和平崛起的制约因素进行了分析,认为中国能够崛起并且可以实现和平崛起。
Based on the definition of rising and the rising standard, this dissertation refutes “China threat theory” and “yellow peril theory” and analyzes the restriction factors of China’s peaceful rise at present. It thinks that China can rise and can achieve Peaceful rise.
