政党法是关于政党的专门法律,从世界范围来看,有关政党的相关立法活动是在第二次世界大战之后,在少数西方国家中逐渐兴起的。然而在我国现目前没有具体专门的政党法,主要在宪法中有一些原则性的规定。为了保障政党的合法权益,规制政党相关活动,亟需制定一部权威的政党法,以解决政党活动中的不合理、违法以及违宪问题,从真正意义上实现党内民主与党外民主。 Political party law is a special law on political parties. From the perspective of the world, relevant legislative activities of political parties are gradually emerging in a few Western countries after World War II. However, in our country, there is currently no specific law of the party, mainly in the constitution there are some provisions of the principle. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of political parties and to regulate the activities related to political parties, it is imperative to draw up an authoritative party law to solve the unreasonable, illegal and unconstitutional issues in the activities of political parties and truly realize inner-party democracy and non-party democracy.
