你可能会因为自己脾气暴躁、缺乏耐心伤害到心爱的人而懊悔,可能会由于优柔寡断、遇事举棋不定以致锚失良机而惋惜或者因为敏感多疑的性格而痛苦不堪,你可能不会意识到这是你的饮食习惯在作祟。发表在《科学》杂志上的一篇文章曾经引起过人们的强烈反响,研究人员发现,每天给动物园里的熊喂食肉类食品时,熊会出现明显的攻击行为,脾气暴躁(典型的A型性格表现),之后给熊喂食面包等谷物食品,熊逐渐恢复了憨态可掬,讨人喜欢(近似B型性格)的模样。这给了我们这样一种提示:性格是可以通过饮食来改变的。
