一元复始,万象更新。弹指一挥间,社会组织已走过了三十年的改革创新发展历程。改革开放以来,中国社会组织建设取得了很大的成绩,组织发展迅速,布局得到调整,结构不断优化,质量稳步提高,服务社会的功能作用逐步显现,群众有序参与、有效覆盖城乡、门类齐全的社会组织体系已基本形成。截至2007年底,依法登记的社会组织已经超过38.69万个。目前每年仍以10%以上速度在快速增长。社会组织
