东京燃气公司芝浦地区制冷和采暖装置采用六台大型节能型二效吸收式制冷机,每台制冷量为1000美冷吨,合计9000美冷吨。这批制冷机由东芝公司订货,日本荏原公司制造,并已于1982年交货。标准型蒸汽二效吸收式制冷机的单位耗汽量为4.5kg/(h·美冷吨),但节能型的单位耗汽量相应下降:1100美冷吨的为4.3kg/(h·美冷吨),500美冷吨的则为4.15kg/(h·美冷吨)。这些数据表明已取得良好的节能效果。所采取的节能措施有:改进溶液热交换器的热传导,回收凝水余热,减小溶液循环倍率,并且在吸收式制冷机上第一次采用了高传热性能的管子。
Tokyo Gas Company Shibaura refrigeration and heating installations using six large energy-efficient two-effect absorption chiller, each cooling capacity of 1,000 US tons of cold, a total of 9,000 US tons of cold ton. The chillers were ordered by Toshiba Corporation, manufactured by Japan’s Ebara Corporation, and delivered in 1982. The unit steam consumption of a standard two-effect steam absorption type refrigerator is 4.5kg / (h · US-ton), but the unit consumption of energy-saving type is correspondingly decreased: 4.3kg / (h · U.S. Cold ton), 500 US tons of cold is 4.15kg / (h · US cold ton). These figures show that good energy savings have been achieved. The energy-saving measures taken are: to improve the heat transfer solution heat exchanger, condensate recovery of heat recovery, reducing the rate of solution circulation, and for the first time in the absorption chiller with high heat transfer performance of the tube.
