目的:通过微拉伸黏结强度实验,检测Nd:YAG激光联合3种不同黏结系统处理的硬化牙本质与复合树脂的黏结强度。方法:选择15颗硬化牙本质视觉分级为3级以上的面磨损牙,将面硬化牙本质分为面积近似相等的两部分,随机分为A(A1、A2)、B(B1、B2)、C(C1、C2)3组,以1W、10Hz Nd:YAG激光处理硬化牙本质表面后,按照随机数字表,使每颗牙分割的两部分进入不同的处理组,A2、C1联合ScotchbondTM处理,Z350复合树脂充填;A1、B1联合Adper Prompt L-Pop处理,Z350复合树脂充填;B2、C2联合Clearfil SE Bond处理,Z350复合树脂充填。置于37℃生理盐水中24h后,制作微拉伸试件,测试黏结强度,在体视显微镜下观察断裂模式并分类。采用SPSS13.0软件包对试件微拉伸黏结强度值做单因素方差分析。结果:Nd:YAG激光联合3种黏结剂处理后的微拉伸黏结强度分别为ScotchbondTM(A2、C1)处理组(22.96±4.93)MPa,Adper Prompt L-Pop(A1、B1)处理组(18.73±4.71)MPa,Clearfil SE Bond(B2、C2)处理组(19.81±5.36)MPa。ScotchbondTM处理组微拉伸黏结强度大于其他2组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),另外2组之间则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。通过体视显微镜观察,发现断裂多发生于树脂-牙本质黏结界面。结论:Nd:YAG激光联合ScotchbondTM处理的硬化牙本质,树脂-牙本质微拉伸黏结强度大于联合Adper Prompt L-Pop和Clearfil SE Bond处理后的黏结强度。
OBJECTIVE: To measure the bond strength of hardened dentin and composite resin treated with Nd: YAG laser combined with three kinds of different bonding systems by microtensile bond strength test. Methods: Fifteen sclerosing dentin with visual grade above grade 3 were selected and divided into two parts, approximately equal in area and divided into A (A1, A2), B (B1, B2 ), C (C1, C2) 3 groups, treated with 1W, 10Hz Nd: YAG laser treatment of dentin surface, according to a random number table, so that each tooth split two parts into different treatment groups, A2, C1 combined with ScotchbondTM Z350 composite resin filling; A1, B1 combined Adper Prompt L-Pop treatment, Z350 composite resin filling; B2, C2 combined with Clearfil SE Bond treatment, Z350 composite resin filling. After placed in 37 ℃ physiological saline for 24 hours, micro-tensile test pieces were made and tested for bond strength. The fracture patterns were observed under a stereomicroscope and classified. SPSS13.0 software package was used to make one-way ANOVA analysis of micro-tensile bond strength. Results: The micro-tensile bond strengths of Nd: YAG laser combined with three kinds of adhesives were respectively 22.96 ± 4.93 MPa for treatment with ScotchbondTM (A2, C1) and 18.73 for treatment with Adper Prompt L-Pop (A1, B1) ± 4.71) MPa, Clearfil SE Bond (B2, C2) treatment group (19.81 ± 5.36) MPa. The tensile strength of ScotchbondTM treated group was higher than that of the other two groups (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). By stereomicroscope, we found that the rupture occurred in the resin-dentin bonding interface. CONCLUSIONS: The microtensile bond strength of resin-dentin in hardened dentin treated with Nd: YAG laser combined with ScotchbondTM is greater than that in combination with Adper Prompt L-Pop and Clearfil SE Bond.
