为控制钢包中钢水回磷和进行炉外脱磷 ,以Li2 O作变性剂替代CaO SiO2 Fe2 O3 MnO2 MgO -P2 O5系中部分CaO ,研究了Li2 O对渣系的熔化性能、粘度和脱磷能力的影响 结果表明 ,在控制渣系组成为 :w(CaO +Li2 O) /w(SiO2 ) =2 5 ,w(Li2 O) =15 % ,w(Fe2 O3 +MnO2 ) =7% ,w(P2 O5)≤ 3%的条件下 ,该渣系熔点低、粘度适中且脱磷能力强 ,能够对钢水进行钢包中的脱磷处理和回磷控制
