十年前,中共十四届三中全会做出了《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,勾画了社会主义市场经济体制的基本框架;十年后,中共十六届三中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,对完善我国市场经济体制,深化经济体制改革提出了一系列的新论断、新思路、新举措。为了深入领会和贯彻中共十六届三中全会精神,本刊约请部分专家学者对完善社会主义市场经济体制的若干问题进行阐述。现按来稿先后顺序刊载如下。
Ten years ago, the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic Structure” and outlined the basic framework of the socialist market economic system. Ten years later, The Plenary Session reviewed and passed the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Issues Regarding Perfecting the Socialist Market Economic System, and proposed a series of new conclusions, new ideas and measures for improving the market economy system and deepening the economic reform in our country. In order to thoroughly understand and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, we invite some experts and scholars to elaborate on some issues concerning the improvement of the socialist market economic system.
