钴是人体健康必不可少的痕量元素之一.大量研究表明,钴对铁的代谢、血红蛋白的合成、红细胞的发育成熟等均有重要的生理功能.特别是钴作为维生素B_(12)的主要有效成分及其它钴化合物的组成部分,发挥着高效能的生血作用.因此,测定人体中微量元素钴有着重要的临床意义.催化动力学光度法测定痕量钴已有报道.但利用Fe(Ⅲ)—S_2O_3~2—1,10-二氮菲催化动力学体系测定痕量钴尚未见报道,它是基于Co(Ⅱ)催化Fe(Ⅲ)氧化S_2O_3~(2-)反应.该方法灵敏度高,检出限为4.87×10~(-10)g·ml~(-1),测定范围为0~0.72μg·ml~(-1),重现性好.用于测人发中痕量钴,结果满意.
