著名教育学家卢梭曾经讲过:“教育的艺术是使学生喜欢你教的东西.”然而在实际的教学中,好像经常是事与愿违的.因为作为教师的我们经常会发出这样子的牢骚:课上基本上都是我一个人在讲、和学生的互动,只有几个学生是积极参与的、很怕上到下午的课,听课效率极低,很多学生一节课中是哈欠连篇的……这种情况的产生,作为教师的我们,有没有好好想想,难道全部是学生的原因吗?我们的课堂设计有没有纰漏呢?
