测定不同抗性大豆品种(系)接种SMV不同株系后的叶绿素和光合速率,分析它们在大豆不同生育阶段的变化,阐明大豆感染SMV后一些光化学活性特点:叶绿素a含量减少—叶绿体进行光合作用的原初反应中心受到伤害,光合速率降低,最终引致产量下降。SMV对大豆叶绿素、光合速率及产量的影响因品种的抗性及SMV毒系的致病力不同而有所差异。
The changes of chlorophyll and photosynthetic rate after inoculation of different strains of SMV in different lines were analyzed, and their changes in different growth stages of soybean were analyzed.
