基于实际工程项目,从支撑架材料性能、施工周期、经济性等方面,对比钢筋马凳、型钢马凳、钢管脚手架马凳三种支撑方案,并详细阐述了超厚筏板钢管脚手架马凳支撑体系的施工技术。实际结果表明,钢管脚手架马凳支撑体系可以满足超厚筏板钢筋的支撑要求,同时有利于内部温度散发,具有较大的经济及技术优势。
Based on the actual project, this article compares the support plan of steel bar stools, steel bar stools and steel pipe scaffolding stools with respect to the material properties, construction period and economy of the support frame, and elaborates on the support plan of the thick stave steel pipe scaffolding System construction technology. The actual results show that the steel tube scaffolding horse stool support system can meet the support requirements of ultra-thick raft steel reinforcement, meanwhile, it is beneficial to the internal temperature distribution and has great economic and technical advantages.
