目的评价两种腔镜器械清洗方法的效果。方法将254件腹腔镜器械样本随机分为两组,分别采用单纯手工清洗及手工加机器清洗,采用标准化清洗流程,应用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光监测法对比观察清洗效果。结果手工清洗组器械ATP含量为3259RLU,合格率为57.5%;手工加机器清洗组器械ATP含量为167RLU,合格率为91.3%。两种不同清洗方法ATP含量的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手工加机器清洗腔镜器械的清洁度明显高于单纯手工清洗。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of two endoscopic instrumentation cleaning methods. Methods A total of 254 laparoscopic instruments were randomly divided into two groups. They were cleaned by hand and by hand, respectively. The standard washing procedure was used. The biofluorescence monitoring of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) was used to observe the cleaning effect. Results The hand-washing group had a ATP content of 3259 RLU and a pass rate of 57.5%. The ATP content of the hand-washing group was 167 RLU with a pass rate of 91.3%. There were significant differences in ATP content between two different cleaning methods (P <0.05). Conclusion Manual plus machine cleaning endoscopic instruments cleanliness was significantly higher than pure hand-washing.
