目的了解梅州市梅县区托幼机构消毒质量状况,找出存在问题,提出改进措施。方法 2011~2013年采用现场采样检测方法,对梅县区在册的178家托幼机构消毒质量进行监测。结果连续3年对梅县区托幼机构各类监测对象共采集1 942份样本,总平均合格率为65.91%。2011~2013年年度平均合格率分别为44.37%、81.39%和85.13%(P<0.01),室内空气、工作人员手、物体表面和玩具的平均合格率分别为63.03%、57.93%、69.39%和74.29%。城区和乡镇托幼机构的平均合格率分别为80.11%和46.12%。结论梅州市梅县区托幼机构消毒质量呈逐年上升趋势,但总体水平仍较低,尤其是乡镇托幼机构,应引起重视。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection quality of nurseries in Meizhou, Meizhou, find out the existing problems and put forward the improvement measures. Methods From 2011 to 2013, on-site sampling methods were used to monitor the disinfection quality of 178 kindergartens and nurseries registered in Meixian District. Results A total of 1 942 samples were collected from all kinds of monitoring objects in the nurseries of Meixian District for three consecutive years with a total average pass rate of 65.91%. The average passing rate of indoor air, staff’s hand, object surface and toy was 44.03%, 81.39% and 85.13% respectively from 2011 to 2013, with the average passing rates of 63.03%, 57.93% and 69.39% respectively 74.29%. The average passing rate of nurseries and kindergartens in urban areas and townships was 80.11% and 46.12% respectively. Conclusion The disinfection quality of nurseries and nurses in Meixian district of Meizhou City has been increasing year by year, but its overall level is still low, especially for nurseries and nurseries in towns and cities.
