在新形势下,油田企业作为重要的能源部门,一举一动都牵制着全国其他各行各业的经济走向,影响着各项价格指数的波动。如何能与全球的能源发展动态的水平相协调的基础上,还要保持稳步的创收,提高利润率,是我国油田企业一直要去解决的重要问题。无论从宏观、微观的角度上说,油田企业要从求变、求存、求强的外部环境入手。打造全新的长期性战略,主要通过加强油田企业工程造价管理,加入管理的信息化的建设,开拓油田企业实施低成本战略的途径。用科学的思想更换陈旧思想,创新管理理念。从而提高经济效益。本文就油田企业工程造价管理现状进行详尽的分析并就此提出相适应的管理新构想以应对当代石油行业的发展战略。
Under the new situation, as an important energy department, oilfield enterprises contain the economic trend of all walks of life in the country and affect the fluctuation of various price indices. On the basis of how to coordinate with the global dynamic of energy development, it is still an important issue that Chinese oilfield enterprises must solve to maintain steady revenue and increase profit margin. No matter from macro and micro perspectives, oilfield enterprises should start from the external environment of seeking change and survival. To create a new long-term strategy, mainly through the oilfield construction project cost management, to join the management of the construction of information, open up the field of oil companies to implement low-cost strategy. Replace old ideas with scientific ideas and innovate management concepts. Thereby enhancing economic efficiency. This article analyzes the current status of engineering cost management in oilfield enterprises in detail and puts forward corresponding new management concepts in response to the development strategy of contemporary oil industry.
