现阶段,随着我国社会的发展和进步,越来越多的企业在用人的过程中提高了原有的标准,特别是对于刚毕业的音乐专业的人才,更是提出了越来越多的要求。学生就业能力不高是目前独立院校音乐专业学生面临的主要问题,想要解决这一情况还需要在学生在校期间的音乐学习情况以及思想政治教育工作开展情况入手,重点分析音乐专业学生就业与思想政治教育之间的关系。因此本文了解到,音乐专业思想政治教育能够在根本上培养学生的就业能力,同时也能够在基础上促进学生的发展和进步。因此社会中也倡导各个独立院校开展音乐专业思想政治教育,以便于良好的培养学生的就业能力。
