目的:探讨健康教育小组在促进医院健康教育活动中的作用。方法:选取2016.10~2017.5期间该院各科室收治的146例患者,按不同健康教育方式平分为研究、常规组各73例。研究组成立健康教育小组开展健康教育活动,对常规组患者进行临床常规健康宣教,并将两组SAS、SDS评分、患者治疗依从性及护理满意度进行对比。结果:研究组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于常规组(t=-12.625、t=-10.299),P<0.05;研究组与常规组治疗依从率分别为97.26%、87.67%(X~2=6.600、P=0.010);研究组患者满意度为94.52%,明显高于常规组的83.56%(X~2=6.155、P=0.013)。结论:健康教育小组对推动医院健康教育活动顺利开展具有重要意义,对改善患者住院期间心理状况、提升治疗依从性、提高护理满意度等均起到积极作用,具备临床意义与实施价值。
Objective: To explore the role of health education team in promoting health education in hospitals. Methods: A total of 146 patients admitted to various departments of the hospital from October 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into different groups according to different health education methods, while 73 patients in the conventional group. The research group established a group of health education to carry out health education activities, routine clinical health education mission, and two groups of SAS, SDS score, patient compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results: The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group (t = -12.625, t = -10.299, P <0.05). The compliance rates of the study group and the conventional group were 97.26% and 87.67% 6.600, P = 0.010). The satisfaction rate of the study group was 94.52%, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (X ~ 2 = 6.155, P = 0.013). Conclusion: The health education group plays an important role in promoting the health education activities in hospitals. It plays a positive role in improving the psychological status of patients during hospitalization, improving treatment compliance and improving nursing satisfaction. It has clinical significance and practical value.
