版权问题是开放获取运动发展的核心问题,本文通过对开放获取活动中的利益各方进行角色分析,进而提出了相对应的建议,以期促进开放获取在更大程度的发展。
The issue of copyright is the core issue of the development of open access movement. Through analyzing the roles of stakeholders in open access activities, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to promote the development of open access to a greater extent.
