党的十五大确立了公有制为主体、多种所有制共同发展的基本经济制度。在我国经济发展的实践中,非公有制经济蓬勃发展,公有制经济比重不断降低,理论界及社会各界对公有制经济主体地位是否巩固展开了积极的思考。本文正是就这一问题对国内关于目前我国基本经济制度现状的理论研究进行述评。
The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established the basic economic system in which public ownership is the mainstay and various ownership forms are developed together. In the practice of economic development in our country, the non-public economy flourished and the proportion of the public-owned economy continued to decrease. Theoretical circles and various circles of the society started a positive thinking on whether the dominant position of the public-owned economy was consolidated or not. This article is just a review of the theoretical research on the current status of China’s basic economic system.
