如何充分发挥水力能量清洗井底和冷却钻头的作用,是PDC钻头水力结构设计中要考虑的一个重要问题.本文通过室内实验研究,分析了矩形出口喷嘴的射流结构特性,得出了射流轴心动压力衰减规律及横向动压力和横向动压力梯度的分布规律.将矩形出口喷嘴与圆形出口喷嘴的射流特性进行了对比.从清岩和冷却钻头的效果考虑,提出了矩形喷嘴在PDC钻头上使用的合理高度.
