珠三角产业结构的调整、升级和优化,必然对劳动力产生新的要求,作为培养生产一线劳动者的中职学校必然需要调整人才培养措施以适应产业结构调整,本文就此进行了思考,并提出相应对策。
The adjustment, upgrading and optimization of the industrial structure in the Pearl River Delta will inevitably create new demands on the workforce.
