抗菌肽在宿主抵抗病原微生物感染中起重要作用 ,是天然免疫的重要介质。果蝇抗菌肽受imd基因编码物质通路和TollNF κB通路的调控。人α 防御素主要在中性粒细胞、帕内特 (Paneth )细胞分化过程合成并贮存于胞浆颗粒中 ,于感染时释放。β 防御素主要由上皮细胞生成。LPS、TNF α、IL 1β等炎症介质可诱导人β 防御素hBD 2基因的表达 ,但hBD 1基因对这些刺激因子却不起反应。hBD 2的诱导性表达与其基因调控序列中κB元件有关。
Antibacterial peptides plays an important role in host resistance to pathogenic microorganisms and is an important mediator of innate immunity. Drosophila antibacterial peptides are regulated by the imd gene encoding pathway and TollNF κB pathway. Human α-defensins are mainly produced during the differentiation of neutrophils and Paneth cells and are stored in cytoplasmic granules and released during infection. Beta defensins are mainly produced by epithelial cells. Inflammatory mediators such as LPS, TNFα and IL 1β induce the expression of human β defensin hBD 2 gene, but the hBD 1 gene does not respond to these stimulating factors. The inducible expression of hBD 2 is related to the κB element in its gene regulatory sequence.
