Biomass liquefaction is the conversion of biomass to liquid fuels either partially or completely by thermochemical or biochemical methods. As the only renewable resource that can be converted into liquid fuels, biomass is gaining more and more attention. The fuels that are converted from biomass are clean and are good for the environment. The use of such fuels together also helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
