我开的单位上一辆瑞风车,这几天机油灯异常报警。平时起动车辆时,很长时间不见机油灯亮,试着加几脚油门后,在怠速情况下机油灯只是闪几下,高速运转一切正常。通过机油尺检查,机油在标定范围之内,把发动机机油盖打开检查,机油也能上到气门室盖。我根据经验判断,应该是机油压力传感器故障,于是便更换了一个机油压力传感器。然后用机油压力表装车测量,起初起动车辆时机油压力为130kPa,属正常,待运转一会儿后看到机油压力慢慢下降到80kPa,加大油门使发动机转速达3000rpm 时,机油压力表指示420kPa,从测试情况
