如今,知识资本已经成为了经济和社会发展的巨大推动力。基于这点,各个国家及地区的决策者需要挖掘出能够影响知识资本的关键因素。本文在Bounfour提出的知识资本动态价值模型(IC-DVAL)基础上,构建了地区以及国家知识资本水平计量模型,并通过该模型分析对比了三座城市和五个国家在2000～2009年间的十年数据,希望能够为国家以及城市未来知识资本的发展提出可行的建议。
Today, intellectual capital has become a huge driver of economic and social development. Based on this, policymakers in various countries and regions need to dig out the key factors that can influence intellectual capital. Based on Bounfour's Knowledge Capital Dynamic Value Model (IC-DVAL), this paper builds a regional and national knowledge capital level measurement model, and through the analysis and comparison of the three cities and five countries in 2000-2009 ten Year data, hoping to put forward feasible suggestions for the future development of knowledge capital in the country and the city.
