党风廉政建设和反腐败事关人心向背,关乎党的生死存亡,这关系到中华民族实现伟大复兴的“中国梦”能否实现,是党和国家必须牢牢抓好的政治任务。十八大以来,党和国家领导人反复强调要加强党风廉政建设,反腐倡廉已然是深入人心。高等院校是培养国家社会主义建设者的重要阵地,是社会正能量的重要发源地。在高等院校开展廉政文化建设不仅能够净化校园环境,而且能够有力的保证高校改革顺利地进行。在新形势下,本文对于高校廉政文化建设问题加以研究探讨,有利于完善高校廉政文化建设体系,丰富廉政文化理论构架,并对现实具有指导作用。
It is a political task for the party and the state to firmly grasp the realization of the “Chinese Dream” that the Chinese nation can achieve great rejuvenation. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the party and state leaders have repeatedly stressed the need to strengthen the party’s work style and clean government and fight corruption and build a clean government. Colleges and universities are important positions for cultivating the national socialist builders and an important source of positive energy for the society. Carrying out the construction of an honest and clean culture in colleges and universities not only can purify the campus environment, but also can effectively ensure the reform of colleges and universities smoothly. Under the new situation, this paper studies and discusses the problems in the construction of a clean and honest administration in colleges and universities, which is conducive to perfecting the system of building a clean and honest administration in colleges and universities, enriching the theoretical framework of a clean and honest administration and guiding the reality.
