学校班主任管理直接决定着班主任作用的发挥程度,影响着班主任素质和管理水平的提高。班主任班级管理目标和理念需要在班主任管理中加以确定和坚持;班主任的工作态度需要在班主任管理中加以规范和约束;甚至班主任的工作热情的激发、素质和管理水平的提高,这些都无不与学校班主任管理相关。提高班主任素质和管理水平,激发班主任的工作热情,可以提升学校管理水平,进而实现学校的教育教学目标。
