对中海炼化惠州炼化分公司140 Kt/a丙烯酸装置粗丙烯酸分离塔挡板塔盘进行了开孔改造,从根本解决原塔盘丙烯酸物料易聚合的问题,降低了粗丙烯酸分离塔及塔釜重沸器检修费用,并将丙烯酸装置生产周期延长至7个月。
The opening of the crude acrylic acid separation column baffle tray of the 140 Kt / a acrylic acid plant in Huizhou Refinery and Chemical Branch of CNOOC Refining and Metallurgy Branch has been reformed to fundamentally solve the problem of easy polymerization of the acrylic material in the original tray and reduce the crude acrylic acid separation tower and tower Reboiler overhaul costs, and the acrylic device production cycle extended to 7 months.
