2007年12月8日,农业部颁布了《关于修订<农药管理条例实施办法>的决定》、《农药登记资料规定》和《农药标签和说明书管理办法》3个农业部令,发布了农药名称登记核准管理的公告,12月12日,农业部与国家发改委联合发布了关于规范农药名称命名和农药产品有效成分含量两个公告。根据相关规定,2008年7月1日起,企业所生产的农药包装上一律不得使用商品名。江苏省农药检定所所长张敦阳认为,这将有利于规范农药市场,保护农民利益。
