本文应用图像分析系统对乳腺导管上皮轻、中度非典型增生(轻中度组)23例、重度非典型增生(重度组)33例、浸润性导管癌(癌组)40例和正常乳腺(正常组)20例进行细胞核DNA含量和形态计量学检测。结果:(1)正常组、轻中度组、重度组和癌组四组间细胞核DNA含量(DI:098,110,114和215)和核面积(1692,2556,3026和4979μm2)、周长(1822,2271,2468和3159μm)、长径(582,705,762和948μm)、短径(360,444,490和641μm)和形状因子(063,064,065和069)5个核形态计量参数均分别有显著差异(均P<001),两两组间比较亦均有明显差异(均P<005)。(2)正常组细胞DNA倍体(C)主要为2C,少数为3C~4C,无超4C细胞;轻中度组2C细胞低于正常组,3C~4C细胞高于正常组,无超5C细胞;重度组3C~4C和5C细胞明显高于轻中度组,而低于癌组,并可见少量超5C细胞;癌组约半数细胞为3C~4C,异倍体(≥5C)细胞显著增多。(3)细胞核DNA含量与核面积之间呈现显著正相关(r=0?
In this paper, 23 cases of mild and moderate atypical hyperplasia of breast ductal epithelium (mild to moderate group), 33 cases of severe atypical hyperplasia (severe group), 40 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma (cancer group) and normal breast ( Normal group) 20 cases of nuclear DNA content and morphometric detection. Results: (1) The DNA content (DI: 098, 110, 114 and 215) and nuclear area (1692) in normal group, mild to moderate group, severe group and cancer group , 2556,3026 and 4979μm2), perimeter (1822,2271,2468 and 3159μm), long diameter (582,705,762 and 9 48μm), short axis (360,444,490 and 641μm) and shape factors (063,064,065 and 069) (All P <001), there was a significant difference between the two groups (all P <005). (2) The DNA ploidy (C) in the normal group was mainly 2C, the few was 3C ~ 4C, and there was no super-4C cells; the mild and moderate group 2C cells were lower than the normal group, the 3C ~ 4C cells were higher than the normal group Cells in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the mild to moderate group, while those in the severe group were lower than those in the cancer group, and a small amount of super 5C cells were seen.
