2015年3月11日,针对内蒙古图书馆“彩云计划——你看书,我买单”项目,深圳市各级图书馆以及书商代表、公益网站代表等20余人在深圳图书馆五楼会议室展开讨论。与会人员从自身出发,举实例,对该模式实施的利弊进行了探讨,并分享了国内外图书馆对读者决策采购(PDA、DDA)的最新服务理念和实践经验,还对图书馆与书商合作的关键问题,如系统、管理、书目提供等内容,进行了深入讨论。同时对全市图书馆的馆藏发展政策、文献资源采购政策进行了反思,提出了许多建设性的意见和建议。
