目的:探讨健康教育在骨外科护理质量工作的应用效果。方法:选取本院2012年1月-2014年12月治疗的100例骨折患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组;对照组患者采取常规治疗护理,而观察组患者在采取常规治疗护理的基础上,采取健康教育,从入院治疗前、手术治疗前、手术治疗后及出院后4个阶段,对患者及其家属进行系统化的健康教育;对比健康教育后,两组患者的骨外科健康知识知晓程度、骨外科护理质量工作的满意程度,结果:观察组患者相关疾病知识知晓率为84.00%、日常预防知识知晓率为86.00%、自我护理知识知晓率为80.00%、合理用药知识知晓率为92.00%,对照组分别为52.00%、50.00%、48.00%、54.00%;两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者健康教育方式满意率为94.00%、健康教育内容满意率为92.00%、护理服务态度满意率为96.00%、护理效果满意率为94.00%;对照组分别为70.00%、72.00%、74.00%、72.00%;两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育在骨外科护理质量工作的应用效果确切,可显著提高患者的健康知识掌握程度及护理满意度,改善预后。
Objective: To explore the effect of health education on the quality of care in orthopedic surgery. Conclusion: The effect of health education on the quality of orthopedic care is exact. It can significantly improve the degree of patient ’s health knowledge and nursing satisfaction and improve the prognosis.
