患者,男,41岁。因双侧睾丸肿大于1985年11月29日入院。患者于1个月前无明显诱因突然发现右侧睾丸胀痛,伴腰酸,阴囊皮肤有搔痒。继后左睾丸肿大,伴发热,大小便均正常,抗感染治疗无明显效果。体检未见全身其他淋巴结肿大。超声检查发现两侧睾丸均有实质性肿块,实验室检查血象及肝功能均正常,胸透亦正常。1985年12月5日行两侧睾丸切除术,术中发现左侧睾丸增大约5×6×9cm~3,右侧睾丸增大约4×5×7cm~3,睾丸血管增粗,两侧精索血管曲张。术后行放射治疗,总量为4,600rad。
