2007年是中海地产广州公司实施规模化经营路线的第四年,在前三年精心耕耘的基础上,其发展势头于2007年实现了从量变到质变的飞跃。目前,中海地产在广佛两地共有九个项目同时运作,其在珠江新城、老城东山、金沙洲新人居新城及佛山中心区等四大主流板块大显身手,实现销售额47亿元,同比增长率达50%,成为广佛两地豪宅市场当仁不让的领军者。
2007 was the fourth year in which CSCG Guangzhou Company implemented its large-scale operation route. Based on the meticulous work of the previous three years, its development momentum achieved a great leap forward from quantitative change to qualitative change in 2007. At present, China Overseas Property has operated a total of nine projects in Guangzhou and Foshan at the same time. It has achieved a sales revenue of 4.7 billion yuan with a year-on-year increase of 4 major segments including Pearl River New City, Dongshan Old Town, Jinshazhou Xinrenju New Town and Foshan Central Area Rate of 50%, as both Guangzhou and Foshan luxury market leader doing my part.
