随着互联网+时代的来临,网络媒体的运用越来越广泛,并逐渐体现出它在某些方面的优越性,但是也给党建工作的进行带来了新的机遇与挑战。新时期中各种各样的网络媒体不断地冲击着党员的思想,党员的思想逐渐多元化,但是企业的党建工作却有些落后,与时代脱节。所以,在新时期下,应该以网络新媒体为载体,推动企业党建工作的发展,加强党建人才建设,提高企业党建的整体水平。
With the advent of the Internet + era, the use of online media is becoming more and more widespread and gradually shows its superiority in certain aspects. However, it also brings new opportunities and challenges to the party building work. In the new era, all kinds of online media constantly impact the thinking of party members, and the party members’ thinking is gradually diversified. However, the party construction work of enterprises has somewhat backwardness and is out of step with the times. Therefore, under the new era, we should use the new network media as a carrier to promote the development of party building in enterprises, strengthen the building of party building personnel, and enhance the overall standard of party building in enterprises.
