医院内感染已成为近代医学中的一个突出问题,医院内感染引起病死率增高的问题是不容忽视的。本文将我院1986年7～12月间死亡患者病例随机抽选137份(占全年死亡病例的23.5%。)进行回顾性调查。调查目的为:(1)估计医院内感染与患者死亡的关系;(2)分析医院内感染危险因素。从另一侧面为医院内感染提供资料以制定防范措施。材料和方法 Infection in the hospital has become a prominent problem in modern medicine. The problem of increased mortality caused by infection in the hospital can not be ignored. This article will retrospectively investigate 137 cases (accounting for 23.5% of the deaths in the year) randomly selected from July 1986 to July 1986 in our hospital. The objectives of the survey were: (1) to estimate the relationship between nosocomial infections and patient mortality; (2) to analyze the risk factors for nosocomial infections. Provide information on hospital infection from the other side to develop preventive measures. Materials and Method
