清平水库集雨面积76平方公里,有效库容6,207万立方米。连结塘来等56座小塘库组成灌溉网,总有效库容7,533万立方米。设计灌溉面积12万亩。1956年达到了效益,1973年扩灌到16.5万亩,超设计37.5%。1979年灌区粮食平均亩产达到1,090斤。1980年虽然遇到严重的春旱和秋旱,亩产仍比上年增长5%,达到1,160斤。1980年工程总收入420,221元,比1979年增收169,221元,是建库以来收入最多的一年,172名职工,人均产值达到2,443元。工程总收入比县下达指标226,000元,增收194,221元,超计划指标85.8%。除工程管理费用开支外,还盈余79,479元,我们的做法有以下几方面。
