介绍了对ND_5型机车7FDL—16型柴油机机油光谱分析数据进行数理统计的方法和应用实例。采用线性回归和控制图数学模型描述ND_5型机车主要摩擦副的磨损规律,对金属元素含量制订出在安全、警告、危险三种磨损状态下的标准值,使用微机诊断系统对磨耗元素浓度值和浓度梯度值,同时实现自动诊断和状态监控。
This paper introduced the mathematical statistics method and application example of oil spectrum analysis data of NDF-5 locomotive 7FDL-16 diesel engine. The mathematical model of linear regression and control chart is used to describe the wear rules of the main friction pair of ND_5 locomotive. The standard values of the wear states of the metal elements in safety, warning and danger are formulated. Concentration gradient value, while achieving automatic diagnosis and status monitoring.
