多虑平为三环类抗抑郁药之一。我院于1985年8月至1986年2月应用多虑平治疗消化性溃疡18例。结果报告如下。一、临床资料:18例病人均在治疗前2周内经纤维胃镜或胃肠钡透检查证实有活动性溃疡者。男性10例,女性8例,年令23—48岁。其中十二指肠溃疡11例,胃溃疡7例。均无大出血等合并症。二、治疗与观察方法:本组病人均在门诊观察,病人每日睡前服多虑平50mg,治疗六周后进行纤维胃镜复查,观察溃疡愈合情况。同时观察病人疼痛缓解情况。治疗期间忌烟酒及其他辛辣饮食。三、治疗结果:1.溃疡愈合情况,治疗6周后纤维胃镜检查,凡溃疡消失或有斑痕
Doxepin is one of the tricyclic antidepressants. Our hospital from August 1985 to February 1986 application of doxepin treatment of peptic ulcer in 18 cases. The results are reported below.
